That couldn't have happened. QT thought of that dialogue and then created the characters and story around it.

What if Princess Leia had told Grand Moff Tarkin that the rebel base was on Coruscant and thus tricked him into using the Death Star superlaser to destroy the Imperial capital? Something to think about.
