You are joking right??? Because Hancock didn't have laser vision. It is quite clear what happened in that clip.

That was me being sarcastic. Er..sorry.lol.

ComingSoon.net:

When we asked Will if he'd ever be up for playing another superhero he replied that there were a lot of unexplored characters in the HANCOCK universe that would be ripe for a sequel and confirmed that we'll definitely see the rumored HANCOCK 2 in a few years.

The Peter Berg-directed film, which was made for $150 million, earned $624.4 million worldwide.

Rented the PG 13 cut from Redbox and watched last night, far, far better than we expected. While they choreographed part of the twist fairly early on, where they would take that twist was still surprising.

Spoiler:
When he used the car as a shield to slowly walk the wounded female cop out of harm's way instead of just smashing his way through, I thought that was a great bit of character development and also a very iconic scene, in a similar vein as the classic pose of Superman holding the car over his head

I also found the ending hospital sequence with them feeling each other's pain to be very moving.

One other thing, my wife and I both got a vibe from the "Captain Hook" character, like he was "something more" than what he appeared to be, anyone else?

Agreed Milo, that scene in your spoiler was probably the best in the film. Very cool.

i liked the movie quite a bit.

i loved the part on the railroad tracks where he says "All of ya'll blocking the intersection...ya'll are idiots" Dunno why that was so funny to me.

I had avoided this until now because so many said it was fluff.

I like it.

I've had a good laugh several times, mostly due to Bateman who I think is one of the really underrated talents, but several from Smith

Just saw this on Blu I give it a B-. Not a great movie but was good entertainment. Worth a look, maybe not a keeper though.

Finally got this from Netflix. And man, what a terrible movie. With possibly the worst special effects I've seen from a major studio. Awful film.

Not yet. It's yet another movie in "a very long wait" status from Netsux. I'll probably get it in July.

The local Circuit Citys, some cleaned out to a scant shell of the stock they used to carry, still have hundreds of copies of this DVD.

Did Circuit City just really mess up when ordering this, or was it a (deservedly) poor seller everywhere?

At the CC I went to, they have tons of copies of a lot of big releases. There's tons of Dark Knight on the shelves too.

At mine there were more copies of I Am Legend DVD than all the BD combined. In fact it probably outnumbered the DVD's as well. I didn't see that many Hancocks
