The Quiet - Fantastic Movie
 

Fantastically bad. Wow, this movie is terrible. I'm watching it right now because I think Elisa Cuthbert is cute so I figure it would have some value, and boy was I right. I can't believe the dialogue, the characters, the "twist." Everyone should go out and see this movie.

Words cannot describe how pretentious this movie is. It's like no one understands how bad this is. Was it on purpose? Did I miss the point of the movie? Were the filmmakers in on it? I doubt it, but the movie is brilliant in how schlocky it is. I love it. Anyone else seen it?

I saw it a while back. Didn't really care for it.

Watched it once. Which is enough. Not that bad. But not worth recommending to anyone either. The movie was pretty much a paint-by-the-numbers type of thing. You pretty much knew what the entire story would be after watching the first 5 minutes.

No, but Edie Falco does go topless, which was weird.

Neither of you found the chunky cheerleader who is supposed to be hot hilarious? What horrible casting and acting on her part.

i actually enjoyed it, even with the seemingly unintentional "bad movie" vibe

yeah, that cheerleader role was definitely a mis-fire in every way possible

The movie also has some of the greatest dialogue ever committed to film. There were such greats as:

"I came four times thinking about you. Is that normal?"
"I made him cum without even touching his dick."
"Do you think my dick is pretty big? I mean I measured it, it's pretty small soft, but when it gets big it's pretty hard."

I can't even remember all the other great lines.
