Here is a tally of the "votes" so far. I counted the first ten for people that listed more than ten, counted PT and/or DP as Grindhouse, and am only listing titles that received more than one vote (a ton of films received only one vote).
I was surprised that no one besides me mentioned Disturbia or Talk to Me. And I imagine that There Will be Blood would have garnered many more votes if it had been released earlier.
- No Country for Old Men - 31
- Zodiac - 30
- Grindhouse - 22
- Hot Fuzz - 16
- Knocked Up - 16
- The Bourne Ultimatum - 15
- Eastern Promises - 14
- Into the Wild - 13
- Ratatouille - 13
- American Gangster - 12
- Superbad - 12
- 3:10 to Yuma - 10
- Gone Baby Gone - 9
- Once - 9
- I'm Not There - 8
- The Darjeeling Limited - 7
- Juno - 7
- Live Free or Die Hard - 7
- 300 - 7
- Stardust - 6
- The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford - 6
- Stardust - 6
- Michael Clayton - 6
- Before the Devil Knows You're Dead - 5
- Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street - 5
- Rescue Dawn - 5
- Black Snake Moan - 5
- Transformers - 5
- Atonement - 5
- Sunshine - 4
- King of Kong - 4
- Lars and the Real Girl - 4
- The Simpsons Movie - 4
- Death at a Funeral - 3
- The Lookout - 3
- Shoot 'Em Up - 3
- Breach - 3
- 1408 - 3
- Bug - 3
- Lives of Others - 3

- Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix - 3
- There will Be Blood - 2
- Breach - 2

- Hatchet - 2
- 28 Weeks Later - 2
- Hot Rod - 2
- Killer of Sheep - 2

I'll update the tally if the thread gets up to 90 or so lists. Maybe I shouldn't promise that actually.......

I completely agree about Disturbia, I think it was a very underrated film of '07.

2) Transformers
3) 300

5) Knocked Up
6) Sweeney Todd: Demon Barber of Fleet Street
7) Disturbia
8) Reign Over Me*
9) Sunshine*
10) Stardust*
*Newcomers
And here are the top movies from '07 that I haven't seen but want to:
1) No Country for Old Men
2) 3:10 to Yuma
3) American Gangster
8) Hitman
10) I Am Legend

Jim Emerson's Top 10 of 2007, I like the way he did it (Writers Strike Edition/In tribute to "The Eclipse" (Antonioni)) especially Superbad popping up in it.
