Unfinished Bruce Lee movie?

So a few months ago I went and saw the movie Into the Wild. And one of the previews that played before the movie was for a film, a fake documentary about finishing an unfinished Bruce Lee movie. It look funny and so now I can't find anything about this film. Has anyone else heard about this or am i going crazy?

If you have Comcast On Demand it's under IFC and in limited release in some areas.

What about that cgi cartoon that was reported in the 1990's that they were working on?

mrhan 11-25-07 11:58 AM

"Dragon Warrior" was canned as is the Rob Cohen project "Rage of Fury" which both used a CGI Bruce Lee.

There is, however, a 40 part mini series set to debut next year in China with the goalie from "Shaolin Soccer" playing Bruce Lee. Some of the choreography looks stupid but should be better than "Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story"

He so totally looks like Bruce Lee. He was awesome in Shaolin Soccer too. Channels Bruce Lee very well.

thanks for the heads up on Finishing the game, never heard of it before, downloading now :)

Legend of Bruce lee tv series looks awesome, yes the choreography is a bit too theatrical but will still rock. I hope it hits the net with english subs. Gotta love them raiding 90s B/C grade action stars like Gary Daniels and Mark Dascascos

Any info on whether this series has been brought to the US or released with english subs?

Also has anyone seen it yet? Impressions? Good or bad?

It was actually broadcasted on the local Asian channel (KTSF) in the San Francisco area. I watched a few episodes. It was okay. The choreography was over the top. The first few episodes were interesting as it was focused on his high school years and how he got into western boxing. There is a boxset available but it doesn't have complete English subs according to the description.

Distributor Tai Seng is supposedly negotiating to bring a subtitled version to the U.S.
