Movies about or Starring former Dallas Cowboys (and cheerleaders)+Anybody in Tyler TX

Back in the late 80's or early 90's i remember seeing an older movie about some dallas cowboys cheerleaders. I remember them going to meet a very tall black man outside of texas stadium. There were made for tv movies in 1979 and a sequel in 1980 titled Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, and It may have been these, but I can't find a clip on the net anywhere.

On a totally diffrent memory. The Whataburger in Tyler TX used to have a poster of a movie that starred one or more former Dallas Cowboys, also from the 70's. Wondering if anyone else in the area remembers it, or if its still there...and what was the name of the film.

and since we have a thread open...feel free to list any other films where former Dallas Cowboys turn up...
