I'll be impressed if this movie is half as violent as Shoot 'em up.

I thought O'Donnell loved Jesus now? Max Payne seems a wee bit violent for him.

Check out the first trailer over at VE3D.com

Looks pretty decent. I like the stylization, and I didn't realize the guy who played Marlo Stanfield in The Wire is going to be in this as well. Nice.

The flying leap he takes while shooting reminds me of the game.

Need more Mona Sax!

Jesus don't pay the bills.

Besides, the last movie Jesus did was called "The Passion of the Christ". Max Payne will be nothing compared to the violence in that movie.

If its rated R I'll probably be there. The action does look good and I thought the games were very good.

I'm interested in seeing Kunis.

The trailer really didn't look that bad. I enjoyed the game so this could possibly be good.

I hope they do something cool with the dream sequences.

Oh and, what's with the flying monkey-demon things?

Same here. Since it is PG-13 I will be waiting for the DVD especially since they are supposedly raising ticket prices again here. Matinee went from $5 to $7.50 and now supposed to jump to $8.50 if not higher.

wow, didnt know they were making a Max Payne movie, but it actually looks amazing. The look of it looks great. Cast looks good too. I will be there opening day.

One of the Writers is a writer for the tv show "the Shield" so might be a good match for this movie.

Looks awesome though.

That trailer looks very very promising, I am a fan of Max Payne the game and had not expected much thanks to almost every other videogame to movie adaptation. The trailer had one bloody shot and had a very 'dark' feel. I wonder how the final product will end up in that regard if it does end up being pg-13.
