If you actually go back a little bit in the movie you can see that it's a girl in the red shirt in the stands, not a guy. I don't know why her pants were unzipped but it's her shirt sticking out not someone privates.
As for Ghostbusters it's when the chair grabs her, and takes her into the kitchen, it pulls her shirt aside and you can see her nipple.

Road to the Presidency - This is a documentary about the 92 election. It is split into 3 parts and was first broadcast on PBS. At one point there are strippers that gather outside the democratic convention and they are topless. Apparently there was just some law passed in New York City at the time that gave them more freedom. So they meet out on the street in the middle of day.
The DVD even had a commentary and they didn't comment on that. I can't imagine they broadcast that on PBS when it first aired. PBS from time to time shows nudity but usually it us "tasteful" and in context. This was very blatant in all of its silicone glory...and it went on for almost 2 minutes.
Sucks I won't be able to show my classes that part. It was very unnecessary.

Actors/actresses with surprising nude scenes
So apparently Kristen Wiig did a full frontal nude scene in "Welcome to me" and it kind of shocked me. I would have never expected her to do a nude scene in her entire career. She looked really nice though.
After having watched Basic Instinct for the first time last week I'm still totally shocked by the interrogation scene. Obviously I knew it was coming but the fact that made it in a major Hollywood release is insane. Even more so today since that would never make it in a theatrical movie.
