He Portrayed a Guy With a Big Dick and He turned Out to Be A real Big Dick himself


There were two big film conventions last weekend, one in Ohio, one in NJ. I was at the one in Ohio as I was hosting a Grindhouse Panel there. Lots of stories come out of these cons and you tend to ignore some because they are bullshit, but when over a dozen people tell me the same story, I would have to say its true.

It seems that fallen star, Val Kilmer was at the NJ con, ripping off the fans for autographs and photo ops. Pretty bad when you are charged $30 to take a picture with your own camera, but as long as fans "mark out" this dispicable practice will continue.

Mr. Kilmer was approched by another guest, adult film legend Seka, about having her picture taken with him. She was rudely refused by Kilmer as he supposedly said that he can't have his picture taken with a person such as yourself. The Platinum Princess reportedly ripped Kilmer a new asshole, in public.

For those who don't know, Kilmer played John Holmes, real life porn star and accessory to murder, in the film Wonderland. Kilmer, who reportedly looks like he's around 280lbs, completely disrespected Seka, who has always been a class act. Obviously his carreer is in a downhill slide as why else would he be selling autographs at a film con.

Instead of respecting the people who made him a star, he makes a nice unreported penny gouging his fans at $30 bucks a pop. Funny thing is that John Holmes was the first male superstar in porn because of having a foot long dick. Kilmer is so fat now that I doubt he even sees his dick anymore. So here, one again , life imitates art. Val played a guy with a big dick, but he was a bigger dick to his fans. Kudos to Seka for putting him in his place.

If one is willing to pay for an autograph/photo at a scheduled appearance, why is the person charging considered an asshole? Have you never been to a con that didn't have has-beens charging for autographs and pictures?

And why does anyone care that he refused a photo with Seka? Maybe he understood that such a photo can be misconstrued. Other than Charlie Sheen, who besides JQP wants a pic with a porn star?

Yeah big surprise that a Hollywood star doesn't want their picture taken with a porn star. :rolleyes:

But I don't see a problem with charging fans with pictures. It cuts down on all the requests and limits it to your real fans. I wouldn't pay $30 to have my picture made with Val, but I'd pay $30 to have it made with some of my personal favorites like Morgan Freeman, Paul Giamatti, etc.

I didn't know Seka was still around...

Val Kilmer rules. If I were him I wouldn't show up to a place like that in the first place.

I remember at Wizard World Comicon in Chicago a few years ago Lou Ferigno was there and charged $20 to have your picture taken with him. So I stood about 10 ft away from the booth right in front of it and my friend made sure Lou was besides me in the picture before he took it. Charging that much for a photo is ridiculous. Autographs are different.

He should have charged $20 tops. The guy isn't like most washed-up celebs at these conventions in the sense that he <i>doesn't</i> need the money, most of them do.

And I'm sure Val has had enough indiscretions that a pic with a porn star wouldn't matter. Maybe he could get a little career resurgence if people think someone actually wants to fuck him anymore.

Val Kilmer still rules.

Yeah, but I think that was a glorified cameo. His most recent really great film was Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, which was fucking awesome, so I have to say he still rules as well.

I've always heard he's a jerk but that's never stopped me from enjoying his movies.

This morning I had a homeless guy take my picture with a disposable camera that he got for free from Luckey's because he bought some canned fish at the right time. I see this guy all the time and when he gets the film developed I'm gonna ask for a print and I'll post it here. I charged him nothing, in fact I bought him a cup of coffee.

In a coup de grace of destiny, he turned me on to Naltrexone, which I am seriously considering looking into as alcoholism is degrading my quality of life to a degree I'm not happy with.

And if any porn stars want to take pictures with me I will buy them a cup of coffee as well. I can't see any negative results publicity wise. If anything Val would have gained hipster kudos for being seen with Seka.

And charging for autographs and pictures at a convention is the norm.

I'm hoping to began a class action suit. Val Kilmer cannot get away with insulting me this way.

Val Kilmer is bucking for that role as Ron Jeremy from the look of things.

Even if I really, really like the person, I would not pay to have my picture taken with them.

Not even Johnny Depp. But then, he doesn't charge people for photos or his autograph.
