it has the stink of a very odd after school special.
There are so many movies that deserve the title Horrible and overrated. This isn't one of them. If you don't like it then say, I thought it was horrible but because one does not like it does not mean it is a bad movie, it just means not everyone liked it over understood it.

Finally watched this after years of thinking it would be silly and/or purient. Charming and well-acted, best I’ve ever seen David Arquette.
