On a flight from Los Angeles to Paris, a renegade scientist, on the run from the CIA, has smuggled a secret coffin containing the body of a scientist infected with a deadly genetically engineered virus. The 747 jumbo jet collides with two massive thunderstorms at once, dropping it into the eye of an inescapable storm. The non-stop turbulence triggers the release of the infected flesh-eating “corpse” from the cargo hold. Bloody-Disgusting.com (a Horror site I love) actually gave it a pretty good review. I was extremely suprised they gave it 3.5 out of 5 skulls. I usually agree with them about 90% of the time.

I just saw this DVD. It is a shame that it didn't get a theatrical release because it really is a lot of fun and would be great to see with a spirited audience. When I heard of this project, I wondered how they would get around the space limitations on a plane, but they really make use of every single inch of the plane. A lot of airplane and zombie cliches but it is all in good fun.

Sweet flick. Not the greatest zombie movie, but still a lot of fun.
Kevin J. O'Connor always seems to bring the funny with his whiny performances.
They played a little fast and loose with zombie "rules" however. No head shots needed, but one dude was torn in half and was still running around on his arms. One zombie even spoke. And yes, they were running zombies, although there's not a lot of room to run on a plane.
A worthy zombie entry. Certainly better than Land of the Dead.
