He says that in the police station before taking all the cops out, which is not even close to being the end of the movie.

My personal favorite (from Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory):

Willy Wonka: But Charlie, don't forget what happened to the man who suddenly got everything he always wanted.
Charlie Bucket: What happened?
Willy Wonka: He lived happily ever after.

Spoilers - Eyes Wide Shut, Goodfellas

I agree with many about "Eyes Wide Shut", but I'm pretty sure that it's

"Let's Fuck"

I haven't seen it in years, so I may be wrong, but it just hit the perfect note regarding a middle-aged couple dealing with martial issues......sometimes, you just need to "fuck".

"There Will Be Blood" is pretty damn perfect, too.

If I could remember the last line of "Goodfellas", I'd give that an honorable mention....it's something about how he's just an "average joe/schmo" as he picks up his paper in the front yard and smiles at the camera.

I don't think that's the last line.

That's nowhere near the last line.

Back to the Future:

"Roads? Where we're going, we don't need roads."

Ferris Bueller's Day Off:

"You're still here? It's over! Go home. Go!"

The Lost Boys:

"One thing about living in Santa Carla I never could stomach, all the damn vampires."

No Country For Old Men:

Spoiler:
Then, I woke up.

There Will Be Blood:

Spoiler:
I'm finished.

Sunshine:

Spoiler:
Just remember it takes eight minutes for light to travel from sun to Earth, which means you'll know we succeeded about eight minutes after we deliver the payload. All you have to is look out for a little extra brightness in the sky. So if you wake up one morning and it's a particularly beautiful day, you'll know we made it.

Glad to see I'm not alone on that one, and double thanks for getting the quote right.

Related anecdote - some years back, I worked at a local video rental store, and I actually made a photoshop sign of the Grandpa character, with a word balloon saying the line "All the damn Vampires". I used it for an endcap featuring, natch, all vampire flicks. Many people dug it.

Full Metal Jacket
Spoiler:

My thoughts drift back to erect nipple wet dreams about Mary Jane Rottencrotch and the Great Homecoming Fuck Fantasy. I am so happy that I am alive, in one piece and short. I'm in a world of shit . . . yes. But I am alive. And I am not afraid.

Granted, you don't count the Mickey Mouse theme song.

You must've worked at a small chain - Because at a Blockbuster you'd have that one person (mormon) yelling at your manager to take it down because it was a offensive word, and then walk out with his three wives.

"The name's Bond...James Bond"

-Casino Royale

"Madness!.....Madness!"

-The Bridge On The River Kwai

"I know you're out there. I can feel you now. I know that you're afraid... you're afraid of us. You're afraid of change. I don't know the future. I didn't come here to tell you how this is going to end. I came here to tell you how it's going to begin. I'm going to hang up this phone, and then I'm going to show these people what you don't want them to see. I'm going to show them a world without you. A world without rules and controls, without borders or boundaries. A world where anything is possible. Where we go from there is a choice I leave to you."
