hey i was wondering if there are any good resources(on the internet, preferably free) or tips and advice or how to's about writing a script that go over all the principles of writing a script...

anybody know of anything good?

i dont get what that site is..... it doesnt show a clear definition of the site.

first thing that popped into my head, from "Get Shorty"...

"You have the idea and you put down what you want to say. Then you get somebody to add commas and shit where they belong, if you aren’t positive yourself. Maybe fix up the spelling where you have some tricky words. There people that do that for you. Some, I’ve even seen scripts where I know words weren’t spelled right and there were hardly any commas in it. So I don’t think it’s too important. You come to the last page and you write in 'Fade out' and that’s the end and you’re done."

Start with checking out the Done Deal Pro Message Board, and through that source you'll find plenty of other sources to help you on your way.

Write it how you want to write it first. Worry about the formatting and crap later.
