first thing that popped into my head, from "Get Shorty"...

"You have the idea and you put down what you want to say. Then you get somebody to add commas and shit where they belong, if you aren’t positive yourself. Maybe fix up the spelling where you have some tricky words. There people that do that for you. Some, I’ve even seen scripts where I know words weren’t spelled right and there were hardly any commas in it. So I don’t think it’s too important. You come to the last page and you write in 'Fade out' and that’s the end and you’re done."

He was just joking around by quoting a line from a movie. It's not like he personally attacked you. Lighten up.

Start with checking out the Done Deal Pro Message Board, and through that source you'll find plenty of other sources to help you on your way.

Write it how you want to write it first. Worry about the formatting and crap later.

Nice guy. Definitely the kind of dude everyone in the industry will want to work with.

You've been taking industry advice from Troy Duffy, haven't you?

Private Pyle, personal attacks are against forum rules. In the future, please don't address other forum members like this.

People still say "schmuck"?

Wow. If you have that short of a fuse already, don't even bother with the screenwriting industry.
