EVIL ALIENS brief US theatrical release.
 

Noted this in this week's DC City Paper that the British Alien splat flick is having two midinight showings next Friday and Saturday (29/30) at the AMC Hoffman in Alexandria Virginia. It might also be of note that the film was not submitted to the MPAA and has the tag: 'No One Under 18 admitted' - ah remembering of the glory days of 80's unrated splatter movies.

No San Diego showings :(

I missed the theatrical midnight showings but instead had a midnight showing last night/this morning - oh..my.. god... what a hoot and half. Not as funny as 'Shaun of the Dead' but the gore is just as outlandish as 'Bad Taste' which draws it's influence from. Can't wait for the Region one release in March (2007) hope is has as much of the supplements as the region 2 UK special edition has.

This will be playing in Columbus on the 21st at the all night movie marathon.
