Boll confirms that Diff'rent Strokes and Postal star Gary Coleman is already signed up to play himself in the film, but he's yet to find a leading man to take on the role of the Postal Dude. One thing's for sure - he'll be going for a comedic actor, "Like a Matthew Lillard, for example, or Ron Perlman," rather than a serious type.

That Ron Perlman, what a cut-up.

What's funny in that interview is how Boll claims the Doom director copied stuff out of Alone in the Dark.

I predict this movie will never be made - and if somehow it is made that Gary Coleman will be the biggest name in it.

:( Postal is one of my favorite game series and if done right it could've been a great cult hit. But unfortunately the butcher of video game films is working on it, and that's a tragedy. :(

At least this time he appears to be *trying* to make something wacky instead of just doing it by accident. And again, he's adapting a game that has little-to-no mainstream name recognition... yet he'll end up alienating that small fanbase the most with the final product.
