I am aware of the ending but there are movies that I have watched where genres were combined where it worked. It was a really good effort I thought.

Final installment of season 2 airs tonight.
Dream Cruise Dir: Norio Tsuruta ("Ringu") |
I liked "Dream Cruise" especially because of the ghosts. I think that the film editing concept was pretty congruent with the storyline. Maybe there will be more Japansese-style horror in the next season.

Season 2 first dvd came out yesterday! After purchasing all 13 of season one I am definitely in for season 2! Absolutely love Masters Of Horror series!

Has season 3 been greenlit?

Damn, I never got to see the last episode of second season. My Showtime sub ran out :(

Well worth the wait for a season box. I just finished all and it was absolutely amazing!
http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b221/xage00/MOH.jpg Just by seeing the season 2 out on dvd in most stores... I cant wait to get my hand on the season 2 boxset (which most probably out around Aug 2008-bummer) Top3 for me for Season 1 would be Cigarette Burns Imprint Jenifer |
^^^ I got the Season One Box Set & count me in as another who likes the series & can’t wait for the Season Two Box Set.
I’m watching 1 episode a day & all the bonus features on the disc (1 disc a day) & so far I’ve seen Incident On and Off a Mountain Road, H.P. Lovecraft's Dreams in the Witch-House, Dance of the Dead, Jenifer, Chocolate Homecoming, Deer Woman, Cigarette Burns & Fair Haired Child. I’ve enjoyed all of em’ thus far. Definitely some of the best Horror/Thriller stories put on screen in the past 5-10 years. Still need to watch Sick Girl, Pick Me Up, Haeckel’s Tale & Imprint. I’ll rank em’ after I finish watching the set. |

Re: Masters of Horror
I got hold of the teaser poster for "Mask-Head," which starts filming July 6:

Re: Masters of Horror
What does Mask Head have to do with the cancelled Masters of Horror series?
|
Re: Masters of Horror
Scott Swan, who co-wrote John Carpernter's Cigarette Burns," is writing and directing Mask-Head based on his work with the Masters of Horror series.
