Only one scene come to mind, a rather graphic vomit inducing scene from

'Adam & Steve'

are there any other films that have shown implied or actually shitting like 'Pink Flamingos'?

Does Trainspotting count? Also, it seems like a pretty common cheap 'laugh' in comedies anymore. Along Came Polly pops to mind.
