"Outbreak" - what does he say? (SPOILERS)

In the last scene of the movie the bomber jet is approaching Cedar Creek.
Dustin Hoffman and Cuba Gooding Jr. try to talk the pilots from bombing the town.
The character of Donald Sutherland warns them and says that they are being "spooked by com---" - and I can't make out the rest. I assume he says something about communists, but I can't make it out, and I NEED to know what he says. All I have is an old vhs-copy of the movie, so I can't turn the subtitles on as if it were dvd.

Anyone who owns the movie Outbreak on DVD wanna help me?
