i can't post it here (because it's not available) and it's a big spoiler...but the last shot in Death Proof is one of my new favorite shots.

As mentioned earlier, Children of Men is more about sequence than static, but I think the statics of the sequences are beautiful shots.

CHILDREN OF MEN

My personal favorite (below)...

This could go on forever. Go see the movie!

I have a million favorites (the best ones I’ve seen (IMO) on the thread are the birds’ eye shot Hellboy Kroenen kill and The Royal Tenenbaums falcon). Here is a fraction of my favorites that I could think of. (Some sequential in my thinking.)

AVALON (sequential)

CRONOS (there are way too many in this movie!)

DELA AMORE DELA MORTE

VIDEODROME

ALIEN

FORBIDDEN ZONE

TIME BANDITS

LORD OF WAR (best opening ever!)

THE DEVIL’S BACKBONE (sequential)

APPLESEED

JOHNNY MNEMONIC (yes. Johnny mnemonic. )

Hah!!! I posted more than four! If someone has a problem with that that I will divide like a virus and buzzkill with more (IMO) bitchin’ images. (Mods, That does not technically take us to Orange Alert.)

AS always…

I also notice that I posted in this thread over a year ago with the thought of actually putting images in and never did. Shame on me! So I guess the Braveheart shot up there is sort of my first entry....laff. Ok let me put a legitimate shot in...mind you this is a test as I've not used ImageShack before....

From THEY LIVE (1988, directed by John Carpenter, starring "Rowdy" Roddy Piper)

^I concur. Even when it seems obvious, include the name of the movie. It's not much to ask.

So naming the file the movie is not good enough? It's what I did and it's a serious question. I will gladly put the title down too, but I enjoy trying to guess what movie the shot is from. Perhaps if I just spoilerize it....
