I remember another good one.

"Don't disturb my friend, he's dead tired."

And a double dose of greatness.

"Let off some steam, Bennett."

Oh, "Commando"...why have i denied your greatness and not added you to my collection?

I've got the Schwarzenegger box set that was released years ago. By now, every movie except for Commando has had a SE released. Commando has been showing on FX and Spike TV recently so maybe, a SE is in the works for sometime later this year?

definitely get the original Conan. Apart from that terribly unecessary scene early in the film with the witch I think its really an outstanding movie. The action is good, the set design and production is outstanding, and the music is awesome. The sequel is a step backwards in my opinion, but i'll still watch it.

my favorite line from Commando (during the fight with Cook)

Cook: F*ck you A**hole! <click! click!>
Arnold: No! Fawk _you_ Awshole!

also dont forget the highly underrated "Let's Pawwty (party)" line when he is about to fight Bennet.

I was a huge fan of AHnold growing up in the 80's (but I wouldn't call him my favorite "actor", does he really act?). Seeing his movies in the mid-to-late-80's on opening nights were EVENTS. Beach balls in the theater and people shouting and cheering, and this was your average, run of the mill crowd in suburbia, not some pre-screening or fan only screening.

I gave up on him after "Last Action Hero", although I did end up seeing "End Of Days" and "T3" just because some people I was with wanted to see it. I believe his glory days were before and including "T2".

The only thing I would want to see him in nowadays would be "KING CONAN" as directed and written by John Milius, but I don't think it's going to happen.

My Top 5 AHnold Movies

1. Conan The Barbarian
2. Terminator
3. Predator
4. Total Recall
5. Terminator 2

Special Nods...

Hercules In New York - just unintentionally funny to watch
Kindergarten Cop - not too bad for a comedy with kids, some great quotable dialogue, too.
Commando - hands down the best movie ever for funny action movie one liners

My favorite AHnold quote (and it's a running gag from "Commando")...

at the airport....
Sully: Here's twenty dollars to get some beers in Val Verde. It'll give us all a little more time with your daughter.
Matrix: You're a funny man, Sully, I like you. That's why I'm going to kill you last.

Matrix is dangling Sully over a cliff by his leg
Matrix: Remember, Sully, when I promised to kill you last?
Sully: That's right, Matrix. You did.
Matrix: I lied.

Matrix is meeting up back with Cindy
Cindy: What happened to Sully?
Matrix: I let him go.

I think 11-12 year males, including me at the time, would have to disagree with that statement, heh. Besides, she pointed the way for Conan to begin looking for the Snake Cult.

Well i think that Arnold is definately NOT an actor. He has a charisma and he does the whole action role well....but its not really acting. However i tend to always find him entertaining and have in my collection:

The Terminator (This i think along with T2 are his best roles for actual acting).
Terminator 2
Terminator 3
Total Recall
Conan the Barbarian
Predator (I think this is his best film overall....possibly the greatest action film of all time).

I still need to get Raw Deal, Commando and True Lies (Waiting for a decent DVD of this one) which i also like. Its a shame that he did the whole governor thing as i still wanted to see a sequel to True Lies, maybe T4, I Am Legend (Better than having bloody Will Smith in the role), Crusades and definately a decent sequel to Conan. Crown of Iron sounded like it was going to be excellent....especially with Milius back behind the camera.

Of my collection i think i have more Clint Eastwood films than any other actor. I have Dirty Harry, The Enforcer, Magnum Force, Where Eagles Dare, In The Line of Fire, The Eiger Sanction, A Fist Full of Dollars, For a Few Dollars More, The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, Firefox and i still have a few more to get my hands on. Now that is an actor.

I see there is no love for The Villian. I always crack up watching that movie. Arnold and Kirk at their best!

He is one of my favorites, about #1, even though he hasn't made a really great movie in nearly 15 years.

I hope he gets beat in CA just he can play King Conan
