'Sleepless in Seattle' as dark thriller!

We remember the recut of The Shining that turned it into a family-feel good movie.

Well, now someone's taken Sleepless in Seattle and turned into Adrian Lyne doing some kind of What Lies Beneath remake. Don't know how old this is since someone mentioned it to me this past weekend already, but it didn't seem like anyone mentioned it.

That would be great to show someone who has never heard of the movie and then have them view the real thing.

I love those. Whoever puts them together should make more. This one was new to me but I've seen the Shining and Seven. I don't think I've seen any others but hopefully there are more out there.

I like it, but "The Shining" one was better.

Thanks for the links Falcon. It seems like the guys who made these trailers could work for movie studios.

Watched the rest of them and the narrators sound pretty lame.

That Sleepless trailer was awesome. Some definite time was spent on that. I loved how even the color was drastically changed and, unlike a lot of them, felt like a real movie preview. These are so much fun (Brokeback to the Future was also good).

I love this new trend of re-edited trailers. Can't wait to see more.

Here's another one in the vein of Brokeback Mountain
Top Gun 2: Brokeback Squadron
http://www.ebaumsworld.com/2006/01/barebacktopgun.html

I thought this one was pretty bad. It's definitely does not compare to the great Brokeback to the Future. Still, these are always fun to check out.

Even without a recut trailer, While You Were Sleepless In Seattle IS a stalker movie. Meg Ryan's character is creepy in that flick.

This happened to me the other day while I was at an electronics store. They were playing Hellboy or some other crazy movie with the volume down but the speakers were playing some upbeat happy music and it totally changed the vibe of what was showing on the Screen.
