Question about quote in 'Team America'

Hey guys.. quick question here:

'Team America: World Police'.. the part near the beginning when the Team is at headquarters discussing "9/11 times 100"..

And a lady member says something along the lines of: "Pretty much all the bad parts of the bible happening at once". Or something very close to that.

What other movie is this from? I swear I've heard someone else say "all the bad things in the bible happening at once" before. Its killing me. I wanna say its from 'The Goonies', but I don't know.

Anybody?

Thanks.

I can't think of that specific line in another movie, but I thought it was sort of a reference to the speech to the mayor in "Ghostbusters."

"If news like this got out, there'd be an overnight breakdown of basic social services worldwide. Rioting, mass religious hysteria...total chaos, you can imagine. Basically, the worst parts of the bible."

Billy Bob Thornton to Bruce Willis in "Armageddon"

Didn't they originally want to re-do Armageddon using puppets, but couldn't get the rights?

They were both released in 2004 so that's doubtful.

That's strange, because that story is exactly what I heard about, except it was going to be The Day After Tomorrow; they had received a copy of the the script and wanted to do a puppet version using the exact same script.

http://actionadventure.about.com/od/...aatawpfaq6.htm has an interview where they say exactly that. Weird.

Yeah well I think it's just that whoever added that to the IMDB made a mistake. I had always read in interviews that it was Day After Tomorrow too. If you re-read that bit of trivia it doesn't make sense...it says they got the idea in 2003 when they had been given a copy of the script of a movie that came out in 1998? In the interviews they always referred to gettin at "advanced" copy of the script so it clearly couldn't have been Armageddon. In the end they ended up spoofing movies like Armageddon and The Day After tomorrow.

Ha! I would have loved to see that. It may have made it a good movie.
