Does anyone have the NECA V for Vendetta Resin statue? Retails for around $120. Wondering if this is a solid statue?

All signs point to this as a statue to avoid. Here's a link to a review of the statue by Michael Crawford.

I don't know where that info on Stuntman Mike being a SDCC exclusive came from but it's false. Just 4 days ago NECA announced the final SDCC exclusive lineup on their website and it's Vampire Jack from "The Nightmare Before Christmas", Battle Leonidas from "300" and Harry Potter & Hedwig from "The Order of the Phoenix".

No mention of Stuntman Mike. As a matter of fact, aside from this very thread I can't find a single source claiming that it ever was a SDCC exclusive so I don't know where the OP came up with it.

Anyways, for some reason Tarantino wanted a single Stuntman Mike figure from "Death Proof" in the 12" scale as opposed to the 6" scale of the "Planet Terror" line (not to mention other RR and QT NECA lines like "Kill Bill", "Reservoir Dogs" and "Sin City") but there are rumors that a 6" scale version will come out in a Cult Classics Hall of Fame line.

Cult Classics Hall of Fame is a line that releases figures that are primarily based on existing figures with slight modifications as opposed to a full-blown Cult Classics line which usually features an all-new figure.

In any case, you can preorder the 12" version at several websites.

Yeah... DST (Diamond Select) is producing statues/busts based on the Characters from G1 series.

I ordered this set from Wizard World ages ago and now I was told they didn't get enough to fill the preorders. I am scrambling to find another place to order this since everyone seems to be out or have the item on backorder.

The R2-D2 tracks are in there, they are to the left of C3PO tracks. They are faint but there.

Ah shit. They're so obvious now that you've pointed them out.

I pre-ordered this through Things From Another World and just received it a couple of weeks ago. Great detail on the ship. The only issue I had was in removing the little gold loop on the top of the ship (so you can hang it as an ornament). I just wanted to display it on the stand, but they put the loop right next to the little cannon on top of the ship! What a time getting that thing off without wrecking the cannon! It wouldn't unscrew, so I wound up cutting the loop off with some pliers.

They beamed down from the transporter, of course.

Right after posting my last message I was able to talk to the owner of BigBadToyStore.com and he helped assure me that I would be able to get a set from his store. It shipped the other day and I was thrilled to get the confirmation. I assured him that he will be my first stop from now on for helping me out.

I believe the company that's making these is called Bif Bang Pow! Found them at this link:

Says they should be out in November.
