Yes, I found the reissues. My Target had one of General Grevious, but I didn't buy it. Too expensive for my taste. Espepecially since I paid between $2-$10 for all my Unleashed figures.

You know, I really wish someone would do some stuff from "Sky Captain and world of Tomorrow".
Just a thought...

Start checking your local wal-marts for the next wave of "Exclusive Star Wars Unleashed Rehased" figs...I picked up the ROTJ Luke Skywalker yesterday but passed on the Vader...the Luke pose looked much cooler in person.

just went on e bay to purchase some of the Mezco Warriors figures and found out they are discontinued and are at $175. Didnt they just come out around a year ago? Is it normal to discontinue these toys so soon?

I'm not really into collecting figures - the only ones that I've bought the past few years are Zoidberg, Brodie from Mallrats, and a bunch of Simpsons ones. But I am so retarded for Shaun of the Dead that I knew I had to buy the figure when I found out about its existence last week. Coincidentally, a co-worker of mine also works nights/weekends at Tower and told me that they got some in stock; she picked me up one at the liquidation price minus her employee discount - got it for $8.
I CANNOT WAIT to get the Ed figure. Don't know if this is old news as I don't follow the industry, but I didn't see it posted in this thread:

NECA shows off a 'normal' headed version of their Ed figure from the upcoming Boxed set.
The 'Winchester' boxed set from 'Shaun of the Dead' has fans talking around the world. First shown at this year's San Diego Comic Con, the set features a new head sculpt for Shaun featuring his necktie bandana and a bloodied up look, but then featured a Zombie'd out version of Shaun's best pal Ed.
Now we get a look at one of NECA's greatest likeness captures to date as they show off Ed in his normal look, that is, if you can call Ed normal.
In discussing the set via their MySpace.com blog today, NECA's Randy Falk says that he would like to see the set come with both heads, but hasn't received licensor approval to do so, so it may end up that Normal Ed comes in the set, while a Zombie version comes later in the Cult Classics Hall of Fame Series.
Don't give up hope though, whatever head, or heads, the set comes with it will no doubt be a MUST for Shaun of the Dead fans.
Look for it in stores in the first part of 2007, and watch for more details as they are revealed.
**UPDATE** Licensor approval did NOT come through for the Zombie head so it looks like it's normal Ed for the boxed set (which actually is film accurate) and we will hope to see 'Zombie' Ed and his Game Controller in the Cult Classics Hall of Fame soon.

The wait for the Shaun and Ed figures are going to be rough. I put a preorder for those a few months ago and I'm trying not to obsess over them to make the wait a bit more bearable. My wife bought me the Shaun figure for my birthday. I found it online, put it in my cart and let her checkout so there was no way she could screw it up.
I don't collect many figures these days. I plan on getting all the ViewAskew Inaction figures, anything Lost related and the Shaun Of The Dead figures. Other than those things it'll take a great deal to wear me down since my home theater room is pretty much full already.
