I don't think Se7en qualifies...

1. Beverly Hills Cop
2. 48 Hours
3. Lethal Weapon

Really, every other one is just a retread of the territory covered in these movies.

Running Scared was the 2nd one that came to mind for me. 1st being Lethal Weapon.

Love Running Scared though. Some classic lines in that film.

So, apparently any movie with two male leads qualifies.

It's never too late to delete a post, but it's up to Charlie Goose as to whether or not it will remain immortalized.

The best have already been listed (48 Hours, Lethal Weapon, Beverly HIlls Cop), but I'll throw these out for consideration:

Demolition Man (Stallone & Sandra Bullock--I first fell in love with her in this movie)

Speed (Keanu Reeves & Jeff Daniels; I swear I wasn't just trying to come up with another Sandra Bullock movie!)

#4 & #5 none of these buddies are cops that I know of.

A long shot but I will also throw out Point Break.

You're just as guilty as he is of not paying enough attention.

I always thought "Buddy Cop Movie" reflected a comedy of sorts, or at least a mix of comedy and action. I guess that's just me.
