there was some eighties T&A film called 'Hardbodies' that had overaged actors playing early twenty somethings having constant sex - that was pretty gratuitous.

How about the original cut of Ken Russell's "The Devils".
"Inserts" Very gratutious nudity. I read somewhere that it has the longest nude scene in film history, something like 30 minutes long.
