I also read that Crawford had a one-time fling with Marilyn Monroe and that Crawford "screamed like a banshee" when she climaxed.
Again, Crawford is no longer here to substantiate these rumors.

Needs to contact an admin about multiple accounts
i saw a film a few years ago on IFC but cant remember the title. it has an urban setting (brooklyn? queens?) and no recognizable actors. the story revolves around an somewhat overweight teenage (13-15) latina that falls in love with her best friend, a skinny, popular promiscuous teenage latina. i remember the cinematography being similar in style to Raising Victor Vargas.
anyone know it?
also, wanted to add Fucking Åmål (AKA Show Me Love) to the list here.

Someone mentioned Celluloid Closet in the other thread and I just got that mailed to me from Blockbuster but have yet to watch it. I'm hoping to add it to the 3 "gay movies" i like. Any thoughts?

Some I 've seen recently:
Psycho Beach Party
Jeanne and the Perfect Guy (French)
Walk on Water (Israeli/German)
The Hours
Gods & Monsters
Not a movie:
Queer as Folk - the UK Miniseries
Mile High - my currrent guilty pleasure on BBC America now
Not really gay but...:
Some Like It Hot
Grease
Funny Girl (well just about anything Babs)
That's a good one to see clips and all the subtext in various things. Too bad they don't have a follow up.
Don't know about gay porno since I'm a girl but there's supposed to be classic gay porn that's not just wam, bam, thank you sir. I have a friend who works for Titan, I wont tell you what he said since he's biased. lol

Joseph Gordon-Levitt's performance in this movie is just amazingly good; if he doesn't pick up an Oscar himself in the next few years I'll be very surprised. Very sad, very hot, both repulsive and comforting. Gregg Araki's always been interesting, but never this human before.
