"Miya-GI do."

"You stay focus. Best karate still inside."

"Is ok lose to opponent, must not lose to fear!"

RIP to a nice and funny guy. Anyone here remember his guest spot on the Boy Meets World ep that also guest starred Tom Bosley and Anson Williams? Funny, funny stuff.

You guys may remember Pat from those "Karate Kid" flicks but I remember him talkin' "jive" with Redd Foxx back in the 70's.

I didn't catch him in too many movies, but I enjoyed the ones when I did.

Ok, in all seriousness I love the Karate Kid. It is one of my favorite movies and I can watch it over and over and it still gives me chills when Daniel cranes that bitch Johnny at the end. Especially when Daniel yells "Hey Mr. Miyagi...we did..alright..woo hoo!!" and the look Miyagi gives Daniel is just awesome.

It's a little weird but this Halloween I dressed up as Daniel Laruso in full Karate Gi and home made Bonsai Patch on the back. It turned out pretty rad for a "spur" of the moment deal. Every year the Castro "San Francisco" throws this Ginormous Halloween party. This year was fricken huge where I could hardly move. So there I am in my Karate Kid outfit and someone taps me on the back. I turn around and it was some dude dressed up in a Cobra Kai oufit! How cool is that?!

Just wanna say thanks for the memories Pat. You rule.
