It's a toss up between Anchorman, Underworld, Fallen, and Shallow Hal. I'm not Ebert, I like what I like.

I sat here and gave this some thought because it's so damn hard to pick just one, but I'm gonna go with Platoon. Sideways is moving up the list fast though.

This question of my favorite film of all time has never been a hard one to answer...it is most definitely "The Maltese Falcon"...this movie represents the best qualities of everything I love about film and film noir...

The harder question for me is which films should occupy the next few slots...this changes for me depending on which films occupy my thoughts at present...right now they might be:

2) Unforgiven
3) Ed Wood
4) Arsenic and Old Lace
5) Howard's End
6) Bringing Up baby
7) The Sting
8) In A Lonely Place
9) The Limey
10) A Clockwork Orange
11) Barry Lyndon
12) Grosse Pointe Blank
13) East of Eden
14) Rebel Without A Cause
15) Rebecca
16) Watership Down
17) Twelve Monkeys
18) Cat People
19) The Devil and Daniel Webster
20) Miller's Crossing
