JFK, the Oliver Stone movie - question about the "autopsy" scenes

It looked remarkably like President Kennedy. Is it possible that it was taken from the Pitzer Film of Kennedy Autopsy (1963)? I understand that the 16mm film disappeared after Pitzer was found dead, so perhaps it was just a clever recreation? Real? Recreation?
