This came to me watching Lords of Dogtown thinking it was Jake Busey until the credits rolled.
I'll start this with Heath Leger in Lords of Dogtown looking just like Jake Busey, they could be twin brothers in another movie.

There could be so many possibilities, Jason Bateman and Jerry O'Connell, etc...

Jake Gyllenhaal and Tobey Maguire could be cast as identical twin brothers, with Jake as the cute one.

Kelsey Grammar and David Hyde Pierce are probably too obvious.

I always thought the son who sold out his dad in Wall Street was a well cast combo.

Jack Nicholson and Christian Slater...father and son!

They were both in U-571, but not as brothers.

I used to think they should cast Lindsay Lohan as Julianne Moore's daughter or something. However, since Lohan's hotness has all but evaporated, I don't know about that anymore.

I thought that the latina chick in Spanglish was Penelope Cruz until the credits ran - they could definitely be twins.

those two NEED to play brothers in a movie...just watched 'Miracles' and every time Skeet was in frame, he looked like Johnny (that whole errant hair thing I guess...)

isn't this kind of a "Who's the poor-man's version of so-and-so?" It's like Skeet Ulrich is the poor man's Johnny Depp and so on. Or Gary Busey and Nick Nolte (although the roles have changed slightly)
