Name this action movie w/ big gun

I saw this movie on cable about 5 years ago and can't think of the name of it. And I swear it had Carrie Anne Moss in it, but in looking at her filmography on IMDB, I don't see this movie.

Starts out with this asian or half-asian guy who is the bodyguard for some political (or maybe business) guy stepping off a jet onto the tarmac. The politician is gunned down by a black guy half a mile away on top of a roof using a high-powered rifle that is SO high-powered that the tripod has to be riveted to the roof. This gun can punch thru airplane skins, trucks, etc.

The asian guy takes off running towards the building (a hotel I think). Later on in the movie, the hero gets a lead on the bad guy by breaking into an ATM and reviewing the camera footage.

Carrie Anne Moss (or somebody) plays a female FBI agent who doesn't like Asian guy but then joins forces with him after her daughter is kidnapped.

This was actually a pretty good movie and I wouldn't mind seeing it again.

Anyone?

Yeah, I found it right away. Sabotage.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0117533/plotsummary

Mark Dacascos (asian looking guy), Tony Todd (big black assassin dude), Carrie-Anne Moss (FBI agent).

Because it's easier to type a post on this forum, and let others do the imdb detective work?

Actually, it was the black guy that was being saved by the white guy, but yes, the guys in suits were being gunned down.

The asian guy takes off running towards the building (a hotel I think). Later on in the movie, the hero gets a lead on the bad guy by breaking into an ATM and reviewing the camera footage.

ATM machine? No, most of the time the hero got away from the bad guys through phones

Carrie Anne Moss (or somebody) plays a female FBI agent who doesn't like Asian guy but then joins forces with him after her daughter is kidnapped.

Pretty sure Trinity didn't have a daughter. Perhaps Mouser maybe?

This was actually a pretty good movie and I wouldn't mind seeing it again.

It's alright. Stay away from the sequels.

Anyone?

President! Hehehe

I think I mentioned in the first post that I did in fact search on imdb. The description didn't match my memory of the movie. It doesn't say anything about a big gun.

Thanks to all who helped!
