Least Believable Lead Actor/Actress in an Action Movie
I stole this idea from Pdinosaur.
The subject explains the topic.
I'll start with Kathleen Turner in VI Warchowsky and Milla Jovivich in any of the action movies shes done.
and
Richard Dreyfuss in Stakeout.

Not exactly an action movie, but there's an action scene in Cool As Ice where Vanilla Ice kicks the crap out of a bunch of tough guys, I think they were bikers. It was completely ridiculous.

I actually liked Richard Dreyfus in Stakeout as his performance was naturally funny. Believe it or not, he was actaully considered before for Total Recall as the original story was about a normal, boring looking guy and not some musclehead like Arnold.
For unbelievability, I choose Ben Affleck in both Daredevil and Sum of All Fears.

(1) Anna Nicole Smith in Skyscraper - very unconvincing with a gun in her hand. She fails to make her character convincing in this sub Die Hard ripoff.
(2) Rochelle Swanson in Cyber Tracker - same reason.

Are we talking least believable because of role or acting ability?

I'd pick Sharon Stone in the Quick and the Dead. A fun, quirky western with a great cast, marred by a terrible lead performance. Back in the day when Russell Crowe and Leo DiCaprio would play second banana to someone like Stone.

Pick a Bond girl...Who's an agent, at that.

Bridget Fonda in POINT OF NO RETURN. Her gun weighed more than she did!
Kurt Thomas in GYMKATA. Nuff said!

Kim Basinger in that movie about the cell phone and how she was held hostage. I think it was called Cellular. Franky I don't see how she won an Oscar for LA Confidential either.

This isn't about bad acting. It's more about seeing someone on screen kicking ass and thinking 'There's just no way'.
For example, I don't care if Drew Barrymore was a 3rd degree blackbelt and had her own karate school, i will never believe should could do a roundhouse kick.

Cutesy, cuddly, chubby, pudgy, mollycuddled, out-of-shape little menzipoo Ice Cube in anything action but most notably - and ridiculously - in Ghosts of Mars - where he was supposedly the worst badass on the renegade planet - and xXx: State of the Union - where he had to fill Vin Diesel's jockstrap: The man should be escorted by bodyguards every time he steps out of his barbershop... or an anaconda's dinner plate.
