Second the kid from Nip/Tuck definitely!

Might be able to use that guy that was in Crying Game and was Ra in Stargate.

Why not use that guy who was a toymaker in Law & Order: SVU. The episode was obviously based on Jackson, anyway.

I think they could find a kid a to play him as a kid. When the adult MJ is on onscreen it should be CGI like Jar Jar Binks. The kid they find to play him will also provide the voice of the adult MJ.
