I, too, haven't yet looked at the list (thanks for the link). A few that come to mind off the top of my head, though...

Citizen Kane's "Rosebud"

Heston's famous quote from Soylent Green (don't want to spoil for the two people on this board who haven't seen it ;) )

Heston (again!?) from Planet of the Apes - either the "Get you hands off me..." line or the revelation on the beach (again, don't want to spoil).

The Graduate's "Mrs. Robinson, you're trying to seduce me" line.

Plus any of several good ones from Casablanca.

I love that line in The Adventures of Robin Hood with Errol Flynn.

I just got done watching The Untouchables for the first time and am a bit surprised that the below quote did not even make into the Top 400.

The list is in alphabetical order by movie title right now, so it still might be in the Top 5 when they annouce the Top 100. These are just the nominees.

I'm disapointed "They're coming to get you, Barbara" wasn't in there, though. You'd think they could have found a way to squeeze that one in somewhere.

Can't believe "No Mr. Bond, I expect you to die" is not on the list.

AFI seems to have a thing for Wizard of Oz so I'm guessing "we're not in kansas anymore" or "there's no place like home" tops the list. One of the quotes from Casablanca will come in second or third though I was disappointed that "I'm shocked, shocked to find gambling going on in this establishment" was not one of the nominees.

Big Dave, I'm with you on The Untouchables quote but I have a Chicago bias as well. I'm hoping "you're gonna need a bigger boat" makes it into the top 5.
