Return of the Jedi question

I just got the original trilogy on DVD (my interest got peaked after seeing the new one)

Anyway, in Return of the Jedi, I could have sworn there was a scene showing the various Jedi coming out of hiding. I distinctly remember a scene showing "normal" looking people opening drawers, etc., and pulling out Jedi robes and light sabers. Am I just dreaming, is this from another movie in the series, or a completley different movie?

There's no scene like that in ROTJ.

FinkPish 06-07-05 10:41 PM

There is no scene like that in the entire film saga.

There is no scene like that, anywhere, ever.

You're probably dreaming.

Weird. I know I've seen that, somewhere. I bet it's in some other movie and my mind turned whatever it was into Star Wars. Oh well.

Thanks for the quick replies.

Buffy the Vampire slayer? lol... that's the closest thing I can think of.

shaun3000 06-08-05 12:35 AM

lol, I think that's it. Was that in the movie or the TV series?

Wasnt that a scene in Disney's "Three Muscateers"?

With swords and uniforms instead of lightsabers.

But we never see her get undressed. Cameron is sitting on the diving board......oh wait, wrong thread.

That's what I thought of when I read this.

What are you smoking and where can I get some?

Is this before or after "To Be Continued..." comes up on screen?

Yes, that's in the RotJ Storybook. Originally, when Luke falls into the Rancor pit, he jumps up and grabs the grate. Jawas come over and bang on his hands so he falls back down. That little portion was cut from the film, but the picture of him hanging from the grate still made it into some publications.

I think you're thinking of Samuel Jackson's superhero in The Incredibles.

Lucius: Honey? Where's my super suit?
Honey: What?
Lucius: Where - is - my - super - suit?
Honey: I, uh, put it away.
Lucius: Where?
Honey: Why do you need to know?
Lucius: I need it!
Honey: Uh-uh! Don't you think about running off doing no derrin'-do. We've been planning this dinner for two months!
Lucius: The public is in danger!
Honey: My evening's in danger!
Lucius: You tell me where my suit is, woman! We are talking about the greater good!
Honey: 'Greater good?' I am your wife! I'm the greatest *good* you are ever gonna get!

That's it. Thanks!

I can see how I'd get them confused.

RocShemp 06-08-05 08:06 PM

That's definitely from the Dysney version of The Three Musketeers.
