Star Wars: Revelations

Sorry if this has been discussed already, but I couldn't see a thread for it.

Has anyone seen the new fan film Star Wars: Revelations? I watched it tonight - pretty dammed good for a fan film!

I've skimmed through it ... definately some impressive effects for a fan film.

I don't know if it was my laptop, but the film played extremely dark for me. I have to say that I was disappointed for all the hype this film was getting. Those two were supposed to be jedi? They sure seemed to act like normal whiny brats. And without the Vader potential it just seemed annoying. Bad dialogue, bad acting, and decent special effects.

Great SFX, terrible everything else. Everyone just broods and takes themselves too seriously. All that discussion over the table near the end, before the saber battle, bored me to death. Pacing guys, pacing! No bad guy would stand and listen to that. They would've grabbed the artifact and been done with it before it got that far.

In other words, just like the prequels! :)

Ahahaha, like we haven't heard THAT joke before.

Taking into consideration that the acting in the prequels wasn't that great (which I personally don't agree with, but let's just accept that it is for argument's sake), the acting in Revelations is far worse, and anyone who says otherwise is outright lying.
