Which part of RotS did Spielberg direct?

I have read in quite a number of news articles (including a page fm the Making of Revenge of the Sith) that Spielberg directed some scenes in the film.

Anyone know which part of the film did he direct?

By the way, LOVED the movie!!!

He didn't direct any of the scenes.

He helped storyboard the Yoda vs Emperor battle and the Obi battle vs Grievous.

Some of his ideas were too long/complex to include.

They left out his scene he directed. It was during one of the scenes on Utapau when Obi-Wan said "You're gonna need a bigger Boga."

It was originally gonna be the scene where Mace Windu attempts to arrest Palpatine. Spielberg had it so that Mace Windu approaches Palpatine and says "Don't run" and Palpy responds "Everybody runs"

Is it just me or did Yoda escaping in the pod from Kashyyk remind anyone else of ET's departure?

That starship driver's crazy, he's been trying to kill me, I mean it!
Well, mister, if I was to vote on who's crazy around here, it'd be you.

Like others, I think it is a bogus claim. But Yoda leaving Kasshyyk was quite the homage to ET.

You guys are all off the ball here man. Spielberg directed the scene where Obi wan is taking anakins legs and arm to the sarlac pits and they start talking to him because of his guilt after the battle. Lucas wanted Spielberg to take a hold of the digital cameras and green screen and work with it so that was the scene...

wait.. I'm thinking of another director combo.

I'm pretty sure it was the scene where Anakin lowers the defense grid around the Jedi Temple so he can sell some Jedi midichlorians to the Sith, but the rancor gets loose and bites Mace Windu in half when he's taking a crap.

Actually I saw an interview with Gerorge Lucas on Extra TV and they asked him point blank about this rumor. He said it was true, he let his friend direct a part of the movie....didn't say what part, but it's true.

I was thinking Lucas directed all the Anakin/Padme scenes and Spielberg directed all the rest. Oh well....

ya know, since those 2 still had 0 chemistry and looked uneasy together on screen.
