Innocent Blood -- directed by John Landis
I just saw this movie today it was very good. A mix of a mobster movie and a vampire movie. Has anyone else seen this and what did u think of it?

Typical John Landis horror. Gory and violent but light-hearted throughout. Too bad the DVD is crap.
|
One of my favorite guilty pleasure movies.
|
awesome movie - simply awesome. Don Rickles was great.
|
My favorite part of the movie was at the beginning when Anne Parillaud's vampire character was walking around her apartment wearing mohair panties.
|
A fine guilty-pleasure of a movie. Definately one that deserves a decent release on DVD.

:hump: Had it been anyone else in that role, I don't like I would have liked it. I've had a -other- for her ever since La Femme Nikita. |

So much for getting a full blown Scream Factory edition -- this is getting a Warner Archives release next month.

Just listening to the Warner Archive podcast and they say the new Blu-Ray will be the 115-minute international cut, with about 3 minutes that were removed from the American version (theatrical/home video) to obtain an R rating back in the day. Nice. :)
