Help identify a couple of movies please
 

In the first one, there is a scene in which a guy stabs himself in the eye with a pair of scissors. It may have been a ritualistic thing.

In the second one, a little girl is riding her bike and blows a bubble with her gum. The bubble pops and it acts as a gun, shooting someone.

Any approximate years, recognizable actors, etc?

Not really, unfortunately. If I had to guess, i would say the first one is from the 70's and the second one the 80's. No actors that I know or can remember.

I think the second is Winter Kills (1979).

I don't know what the other one is.

My guess for the first one would be The Dead Zone
