Why not Carnage? They've introduced Dr. Connors, so the basis for the creation of Carnage is there.

Huh?

Doc Connors had nothing to do with the creation of Carnage; it was part of the Venom costume dripping on Cletus Kassity after Venom broke out of their shared cell that created Carnage.
