Need help identifying a short film
I need you guys help id-ing a short film I saw not too long ago on IFC. It had clips of some dictators like Stalin and Hitler. During the clips, it had narration by the dictators talking about themselves and their lives. Thats pretty much it. I know thats not much to go on but its worth a shot. Thanks.
