I, too, thought about Horner right off the bat. There's times when his scores for Braveheart and Legends Of The Fall sound interchangeable.

Listen to Alan Silvestri's cues in the funeral scenes in both "Predator" movies and then listen to his score at the beginning of "Back to the Future Part III".

It's pretty blatant.

I'm pretty sure that Williams' Star Wars scores were inspired by Gustav Holst's The Planets.

I even think I remember reading somewhere that Williams himself admitted to using The Planets as inspiration.

Listen to the end credit score to Evil Dead 2... then Batman (Tim Burtons)... Almost the exact same. Evil Dead 2 was first!!! Scandal!
