"Rudy" is all about work and the perseverance to survive in life!
"All The Right Moves" to some extent.
"Death of A Salesman" with Dustin Hoffman
the beginning of "The Matrix"
there's a documentary about some, maybe 2, Silicon Valley guys, who get huge and then not so huge. Can't think of the name, but that was pretty good.
"Network"
it really depends on what work you are talking about, I mean the statement is so general. It could be manual labor or office work or working with chimps like "Gorillas in the Mist"
