Song at the end of "Under the Skin" (1997)(?)

Saw this movie with Samantha Morton, directed by Carine Adler, years ago, and didn't think all that much of it. However, the song at the end, when the protagonist is walking along the beach and the credits roll, was touching and gave the scene an extra emotional dimension.
