Do you have a sick sense of humor?
I must admit i laugh at many moments in action movies when guys get killed in serious ways like take for example in Die Hard with a Vengeance when Maclaine has just gotten off that tugboat with Sam Jackson, one unlucky sailor has the huge crane type rope swing right across his torso, completely splitting him in half.
Joe Pesci in Goodfellas and Casino makes me laugh almost non-stop when he kills someone. When he lodged the ice pick into the guys neck in the car, then tells the driver to go to which he replies, "I'm warming it up" and Pesci replies in his high-toned voice "Get the **** outta here!" But not in the way like a question, but as a command. When he shot Samuel Jackson in the head.
In Casino when he's not allowed to go in it anymore, yet comes back and starts playing at the games, he keeps talking to the dealer each time in very intimidating and insulting ways knowing he'll get kicked out any time.

I do the same thing. The ones that stick out would be from Pulp Fiction, where Travolta shoots Marvin in the head. And in Open Range, where Costner just casually blows away the bad guy at the beginning of the gunfight.
So here's a question: do you think people laugh because they think the moments are funny or because the moments are very uncomfortable or surreal that they don't know how to react. I've been in theaters where people laugh outloud, not because the moment was funny or comedic, but because it was such an unexpected or uncomfortable moment that they almost had to laugh to break the tension.

Yes....and some people find it disturbing.
American Psycho, Final Destination, Ghost of Mars, Elm St. films, and others provide me with some hilarious moments

I could be wrong here....but don't you have to apreciate "sick humor" to have a "sick sense of humor"? If your just laughing at something that is sick doesn't that just make you a sick f*#k?
