Prayer of the Rollerboys. Is it any good?

I saw a DVD for Prayer of the Rollerboys at Wal-Mart for $6 and I was thinking of picking it up. I got kind of a "so bad it's good" vibe from it. Plus, it stars Corey Haim, so how can it not be good?

Seriously though, has anyone seen it? Is it worth getting if you are a lover of cheesy b-movies? (like me)

Feeback is appreciated, if anyone has some.

its cheeze but definitely watchable even if only for patricia arquettes presence or corey haims hair :).
