what movie has the longest END credits?

i know the matrix reloaded, the entire piece runs for about 8 minutes.
kill bill 2 ran for at least 15 minutes. the movie ends technically at 2 hours and 2 minutes, and the very short outtake was at 2 hours and 17 minutes in.

I think when Who Framed Roger Rabbit came out, those were the longest up until that point - but The Matrix Reloaded (and I'm guessing The Matrix Revolutions too) were REALLY long. I don't think any of the LOTR EEs should count, since those Fan Club credits weren't in the theatrical releases (except the short run of EEs right before ROTK came out).

This kind of begs the question: Which movie has the longest OPENING credits...I'm talking about from the time the movie starts until you see that last credit of "Directed by". I know THE FUGITIVE has pretty long credits...not because of amount, but because they throw a couple of scenes in there, and then come BACK to the credits when Harrison Ford is boarding the bus to prison.

The Rock's Walking tall had a pretty long set of credits to it since it was making up for a lack of film runtime. I believe every name on there was double the font size.

But the Fan credits for LOTR: EE's has to take the cake.

Yeah, "Space Jam" is a good one. The credits feel like 30% of the movie. I was going to say "Malcolm X," but I doubt it's longer.

I don't consider the list of fans at the end of the LOTR EE's to be "credits."

Did they show those when the EE's played in theaters?

Kill Bill, definitely.

First, there was Malagueña Salerosa, then Goodnight Moon, then Urami-Bushi, then Black Mamba, and finally, the Uma outtake.

Not that I ever sat through it but wasn't Master of Disguise something like 60 minutes of movie padded to 80 minutes with credits?

I actually rank Superman's opening credits as one of the greatest opening credit sequences ever.

Don't think it was the longest ... but Top Secret had some fairly long credits finished off by a catchy Val Kilmer doo-wop number that i've always enjoyed.

Great movie too.
