Jon Voight's career has "jumped the shark"... Superbabies: Baby Geniuses 2

What is up with him lately... can't he get any respectable roles?

In the last 5-7 years he's only had a handful of meaty roles (Ali, Varsity Blues) and now he's just seems to be turning out crap. What gives?

And no he's the bad guy in a sequel to Baby Geniuses... poor man.

I think he jumped the shark when he spawned Angelina Jolie.

Well maybe if he winks when he dies it'll make up for it. It almost made that snake movie worth watching.

Jon Voigt has jumped the shark so many times you'd think he's a regular traction at Seaworld.

And if you think Superbabies sounds bad, what about the other film he has recently made with Bob Clark...Karate Dog!

Let's look at a handful of the numerous jumps:

The Champ
Table for Five
Anaconda
Pearl Harbor (as the standing FDR -guess that polio wasn't so bad after all)
Lara Croft- Tomb Raider

Not to mention production credits on the first Baby Geniuses, The Princess and the Barrio Boy and theforementioned Karate Dog.

Don't get me wrong...I'm not tryng to slight the man...he always balances the dreck with more rewarding material.

But his career has never really been shining.

Just as an aside, I thought FDR did stand at some of his speeches due to the use of some very strong leg braces.

Anyway, I saw this trailer the other day ... wow. Jaw-droppingly awful.
