What movie is this from?
it might be from a tv show.
here is a really vague description. Some guy (i think its the main character) is worried about another character. Someone tells him not to worry "she's home now" or something like that. The other character is now with the group so nothing can happen to her. Really something can but they are just saying that once you're with the group you're fine.
I know that's as vague as you can get, but that's all i can remember

That is the one with the guy, who does that thing, while the other people are there. They can't believe that he did it because of her...but then in the end...everything is ok.

They seem to be speaking english, so it is probably an american or british film. That rules out Bollywood, and Asian films and television shows.
We must be getting close to narrowing it down now!

Maybe Cocoon, or one the "cult indoctrination" movies, Ticket to Heaven or Split Image.

Errr, I'm taking a stab in the dark but the first movie that popped into my head was Disturbing Behavior. Not sure why exactly.

Sounds like Empire Records. Debra (Robin Tunney) comes into work with bandages around her wrist (from an attempted suicide) and then proceeds to shave her head. A.J. (Johnny Whitworth) starts getting on her about what is going on because he is worried because of all of that. Lucas (Rory Cochrane) tells him that she is fine and, after she goes to the front of the store to work, tells him that she is there with them and, therefore, will be fine.
